Ag Earth and Ag Earth Civil are both included in the name Ag Earth in this notice;

Let it be known that by engaging Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth,

to carry out any work,

provide any machinery,

provide any service,

provide labour,

provide any suggestions or quotes,

provide anything at all,

you commit and agree to pay promptly and before the due date any invoiced bills issued to you in regards to any of the above or anything else as agreed by you and Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth, either verbally or in writing; further more you commit and agree to pay late fees on any overdue invoiced bills at the rate specified on the invoiced bill; if you fail to pay any issued invoiced bill after having been notified three times at the email address or postal address provided by you to Ag Earth you agree to pay $1000 extra on top of the invoiced bill plus the late fees plus $50 a day for each day that the bill is overdue and remains unpaid;

Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth commits to provide good work and shall endeavour at all times to act in a safe, reliable and honourable way with good skills and correct attitude;

Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth does not accept any liability in regard to any damage, delay or loss due to causes outwhit the control of Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth;

Any man, woman, organisation, business or company hiring the services and/or equipment of Ag Earth and any third party services and/or equipment Ag Earth engages to provide those services, agrees to obtain and pay all if any necessary licences, insurances and any other related permits and dues before engaging Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth and hereby indemnifies Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth against any fines, fees or other related payments;

Where Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth makes any suggestions or comments you agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, whether based on said suggestions or comments or not, in regards to any work carried out for you or any services provided to you at your request by Ag Earth and any man or woman who does work for Ag Earth or is in charge of Ag Earth;

Any breach of the above terms, without having obtain in writing an alternative arrangement or alternative terms, shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law;

Ag Earth reserves the right to amend any and all of the above terms and shall notify you by posting any amended version on this website.
